Metropolitan Estates is a family run company who own and operate 800,000 square feet on five sites covering sum 55 acres of commercial land. We have industrial units ranging all the way from 130,000 square feet down to 75 square feet. We have three container sites in Walsall, Wednesbury and Kidderminster. The latest expansion is an area created for small business', a container and yard facility for builders, scaffolders, car restoration etc. These are a number of different options available on long or short term leases. They are available with a shelter over the yard and green electricity. All of our sites are CCTV monitored.
